Submit a Manuscript
New manuscripts should be submitted through the iCancer online submission system. If you do not already have an account, the system will ask you to register before submission.
Start submission
Use the online submission portal to create a new submission, upload files, enter metadata, add authors, and complete required disclosure fields.
Before you submit
- Read the aims and scope to confirm fit with iCancer.
- Prepare the manuscript, figures, tables, supplementary files, and cover information.
- Prepare all author names, emails, affiliations, and corresponding author information.
- Prepare ethics approval, consent, trial registration, conflict of interest, data availability, funding, author contribution, and AI-use statements when applicable.
- Confirm that all authors have approved the submitted version.

Add title, abstract, keywords, contributors, and journal section information.
3. Upload files
Upload manuscript files and supporting materials, then complete all required confirmations.
