TRM is planned as an open-access journal so accepted research can be read and reused broadly with proper attribution.

License

The planned publication license is CC BY-ND. The final license text and author agreement will be confirmed before formal submission opens.

Article publication charges

The launch-stage APC policy is APC free.

Funding and waivers

Because the current policy is APC free, waiver rules are not needed for the launch-stage framework. Any future charge policy should be published before it is applied.

Permissions

Authors must secure permission for third-party material that is not covered by the selected publication license.
